Wallenius pleased with ballast tank surveys

Wallenius Marine AB has given the "thumbs up" to the inspection and detailed reporting work which AlfaTest has carried out on the fleet over the past 12 months.
AlfaTest has now surveyed the tanks on most of the Swedish fleet and established reports covering - General Condition, Recommended Repairs and Pre Docking Specifications.
To be able to plan for a docking in this way makes life a lot easier for all concerned and drastically reduces the risk of unwanted surprises when the vessel is on a tight schedule.
Less scruplious yards can capitalise on these surprises, taking advantage of the fact that the ship is high and dry and the owner very vulnerable.
